Using our online form

We now use Anima for all patient medical and admin requests, including:

  • Requesting appointments
  • Sick notes
  • Admin queries
  • Long-term condition reviews
  • Referrals or follow-up questions.

It’s quick and easy to use Anima. You don’t need an account, simply enter your personal information to get started.

Using your NHS account or SystmOnline

Using your NHS account or SystmOnline, there are other tasks you can do online, such as:

  • Order repeat prescriptions
  • View your test results
  • See parts of your health record
  • Check or cancel appointments
  • See your vaccination record.

Using Airmid

Through Airmid, you can:

  • View upcoming appointments and add appointment reminders to your calendar
  • Check-in for your appointments when you arrive at our surgery
  • Change your nominated pharmacy
  • Request medication
  • View your medical records including consultation notes, medication history, vaccination history, allergy/drug sensitivities, procedure history, correspondences e.g. referral/discharge letters, and test results
  • Import and chart health data from your personal device such as Apple Health and Google Fit.

You can log in to Airmid using your SystmOnline username and password if you have them. You can also use your NHS account login.

To set up your NHS account for the first time, you will need to set up an NHS login. Read about how to set up NHS login (nhs.uk).

Once you have set up your NHS login, you can log in to your NHS account or download the NHS App onto your phone.

To set up SystmOnline for the first time:

  • Visit the surgery with photo ID so we can confirm your identity
  • We will give you a username and password
  • Go to SystmOnline or use the app to register.

You can log in to Airmid using your SystmOnline username and password or using your NHS account login.

Following initial setup, you can choose to authenticate your login with biometrics such as face ID or touch ID to ensure quick and secure access.
