Online

The quickest way to contact us is using our online form. You can send us an online request from 7am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday:

  • 7am to 4pm – for all medical and admin requests
  • 4pm to 6.30pm – for admin and routine medical requests only.

You can use our online form for:

  • Requesting medical help, such as a GP appointment
  • Sick notes
  • Admin queries
  • Referrals or follow-up questions.

You can send your request via our website or directly through the NHS App.

We respond within working hours, 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, and we aim to respond as soon as possible.

Once a month the Practice is closed for an afternoon of training, this is called a QUEST session. These are important opportunities for staff training and are fully supported by the Integrated Care Board (ICB). Training is for all staff members and covers clinical and non-clinical topics. On a QUEST day all the practice buildings and telephone lines will close at 1pm.

The QUEST dates for 2026 are as follows:

  • 18 November

Our practices will be closed on the following dates unless otherwise stated. Any prebooked routine appointments scheduled to happen during these times as part of our Enhanced Access will go ahead as planned.
